Job summary

Treat Hotels & Resorts is seeking a capable Operations Supervisor to assist the Operations Manager in daily hotel operations. You will supervise F&B and housekeeping teams, monitor service quality and cleanliness, and ensure SOP compliance.

The role requires coordinating schedules, allocating tasks, and addressing guest concerns with timely resolutions. You will also monitor inventory and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be from F & B Background or from housekeeping background.
