Job summary

AB InBev India is seeking an Assistant Manager - Utilities to oversee the safe, reliable operation of critical utility systems at its Sonipat brewery in Haryana. You will lead a team responsible for boilers, refrigerations, compressed air, and water utilities, driving reliability and efficiency.

The role emphasizes preventive maintenance, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement while ensuring EHS and food safety compliance across manufacturing operations in a world-class beverage company.

Qualifications

• B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Electrical license preferred).
• 4–7 years of utility maintenance/operations experience in manufacturing.
• at least 2 years in the food or beverage industry.
• Strong expertise in boilers, refrigeration, compressed air, and utility systems.
• Proven problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Passion for safety, reliability, sustainability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Boilers, CO₂ Recovery Plant, Compressed Air Systems, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), and Water Utilities
• Drive utility reliability through preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives
• Lead energy efficiency and sustainability projects to reduce utility consumption and operating costs
• Ensure compliance with EHS, food safety, statutory regulations, and operational excellence standards
• Monitor utility KPIs, improve equipment availability, and support continuous improvement programs

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Boilers, CO₂ Recovery Plant, Compressed Air Systems, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC), and Water Utilities
• Drive utility reliability through preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and reliability improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
