Job summary

AB InBev India is seeking a Planning and Performance Manager for its manufacturing unit in Sangareddy, Telangana. The role partners with brewery leadership to drive cost optimization, performance improvement, forecasting, CAPEX evaluation, and business planning.

The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, ambitious, and driven, with 5–6 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, FP&A, or operations finance, and strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of work experience in same or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, FP&A, or operations finance.
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills (Power BI is a plus).
• SAP ERP exposure preferred.
• Experience in Beer, Alcobev, Soft Drinks, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
