Job summary

Mahindra Group in India is seeking an experienced engineer to ensure BWT output and PQCDSM of the BWT, coordinating with internal and external customers to drive reliable manufacturing. You will regularly interact with SQA, PE, PPC, Maintenance, CQA, HR, IR & ER to resolve concerns, plan process and resources for 100% delivery adherence, and monitor quality under key indicators.

Responsibilities

• To ensure BWT output & PQCDSM of the BWT
• Coordinate and provide supporting hand to customers (Internal & External) with PVT.
• Regular interaction with SQA, PE, PPC, Maintenance, CQA, HR, IR & ER for effective concern resolution.
• Ensuring effective communication with associates to build cordial relationship.
• Planning of Process & Resources to ensure 100% delivery adherence.
• Ensure EN, PCRN implementations.
• To monitor quality under 6 indicators.
• RFI

• Wash & Deliver
• Ensure & sustain Health, Morale & Safety of employees in Engine shop for ZERO Major and Minor accidents.
• Ensuring system documentation under MAPS, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001, and TPM requirement in the department.
• Institutionalize Policy Deployment process of self and entire team.
• Budgeting, Monitor & exercise control Over Capital / Revenue Expenditure for saving.
• Ensure active participation of all employees in several improvement projects such as Rise, i4, Kaizens and contributing to productivity improvement & revenue savings.
• Control on rejection / FOS cost for achieving cost targets.
