Job summary

KBS Certification Services is seeking an experienced TPI Operations Manager to lead nationwide third party inspections, ensure timely project execution, and supervise the TPI team across Civil, Electrical and Mechanical domains.

You will review ESA reports, coordinate with clients, manage branch activities, and ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17020 and OISD 225 standards, with travel across India as required. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in a Certification Body and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Experience managing TPI operations nationwide.
• Proven ability to lead civil/electrical/mechanical TPIs.
• Strong MS Office and presentation capabilities.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• 7+ years in a Certification Body preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Third Party Inspection (TPI) operations across PAN India and ensure timely execution of all projects.
• Lead, manage, and depute the TPI team as per site requirements; monitor performance and productivity.
• Review, check, and sign all ESA reports prior to dispatch to clients.
• Conduct customer inspections and meetings with new/existing clients for business development.
• Oversee all branch activities, prepare progress reports and finalize budgets.
• Follow-up with clients on payments and resolve issues arising during or after TPI.
• Handle procurement of inspection equipment/instruments and perform techno-commercial comparisons.
• Ensure TPI and ESA processes comply with ISO/IEC 17020 and OISD 225 standards.
• Maintain audit documentation and records for inspections and management audits.
• Support management in implementing strategic decisions.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage the Third Party Inspection (TPI) operations across PAN India and ensure timely execution of all projects.
  
• Lead, manage, and depute the TPI team as per site requirements; monitor performance and productivity.
  
• Review, check, and sign all ESA reports prior to dispatch to clients.
  
• Conduct customer inspections and meetings with new/existing clients for business development.
  
• Oversee all branch activities, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, and finalize budgets.
  
• Follow-up with clients on payments and resolve any issues arising during or after TPI.
  
• Handle procurement of inspection equipment/instruments, including quotation finalization, technical specification preparation, and techno-commercial comparison.
  
• Ensure TPI and ESA processes comply with ISO/IEC 17020 and OISD 225 standards.
  
• Maintain proper audit documentation and records for inspections and management audits.
  
• Support management in implementing strategic decisions and directives.
  
• Exposure to ISO Schemes / audits will be an added advantage.
  

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent Knowledge of Third Party Inspection
• Excellent Knowledge of Team handling of Third party inspection (CIVIL/ Electrical /Mechanical) & Project management
• Good Command on MS- Office & Presentation Skills
• Open for Travelling whenever required.
• Preferred from Certification Body with minimum 7 Years experience.
