Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing contractors for specialized repairs and projects, ensuring quality and timelines. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain maintenance records, prepare reports, and assist in budget tracking. Emergency Response: Act promptly during technical breakdowns and emergencies to minimize downtime. HVAC systems: AHU, FCU, chillers/package units and ventilation systems.
