Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Manager - Technical to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.) and ensure minimum downtime. The role leads a team of technicians, coordinates with contractors, and supports budgeting and MIS for management review.

Success requires strong knowledge of technical systems, leadership, and proficiency with MS Office and CMMS, along with vendor management and safety standards.

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.).

• Contribute to CAPEX and project-related activities including installation and commissioning of equipment.
