Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Assistant Manager - Property to oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of technical assets across facilities. You will coordinate with contractors, manage budgets, and ensure safety compliance while leading a team of technicians.

Applicants should have strong knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, HVAC, Fire & Safety systems, plus CMMS proficiency and excellent vendor management and communication skills.

Qualifications

About the Role:

• Plan, supervise, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all technical assets (MEP, HVAC, DG sets, fire systems, lifts, etc.).
• Monitor daily operations and ensure minimum downtime of equipment.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers for timely execution of work.
• Assist in preparing budgets, technical reports, and MIS for management review.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and safety regulations across technical operations.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives and support sustainability practices.
• Lead and guide a team of technicians, ensuring skill development and adherence to SOPs.
• Respond to escalations and provide quick resolutions to minimize operational disruptions.
• Support in audits, inspections, and certifications related to technical systems.
• Contribute to CAPEX and project-related activities including installation and commissioning of equipment.

About You:
