Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team in an international setting. The role requires 2-5 years in talent acquisition, recruitment, or related fields, and delivers ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, and analyze recruitment metrics to drive improvements
