Job summary

Teleperformance Global Business Private Limited in India invites a skilled Talent Excellence professional to lead and innovate our recruitment efforts in the International region. You will develop strategies, manage stakeholders, and guide the full lifecycle from posting to onboarding.

You will conduct interviews, implement training for new hires, and analyze metrics to optimize processes while supporting a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Talent excellence with a strong track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices, including sourcing and selection methods.
• Experience working with diverse groups of people, including those with disabilities.
