Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles across locations.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring plans.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess suitability, experience, communication, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to improve quality of hire, turnaround time, and candidate experience

Role & responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment for Retail and Corporate roles across locations.

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring plans.
• Manage recruitment for retail positions including Style Consultants, Store Managers, Cluster Heads, Customer Experience, and other store roles.
• Drive hiring for corporate functions such as Finance, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Merchandising, Category, Business Planning, HR, and Administration.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, campus hiring, and other sourcing channels.
• Screen candidates and conduct initial discussions to assess suitability, experience, communication, and cultural alignment.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure timely feedback from stakeholders.
• Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Work closely with hiring managers to improve quality of hire, turnaround time, and candidate experience

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Experience in Retail and Corporate hiring is preferred.
• 5 - 7 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience managing PAN-India hiring will be an advantage.
• Exposure to luxury, premium retail, jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Ability to independently manage hiring mandates from requirement understanding to joining.
