Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to manage end-to-end recruitment across retail stores and corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage high-volume retail hiring and corporate recruitment across functions.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines for critical positions.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
• Handle candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, offer management and onboarding coordination.
• Manage recruitment vendors and drive cost-effective direct hiring.
• Track recruitment MIS, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratios and other key metrics.
• Support employer branding, diversity hiring and recruitment process improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong exposure to both retail/store hiring and corporate recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, sourcing and negotiation skills.
• Experience in vendor management, recruitment analytics and MS Excel.
