Job summary

questW is seeking a Stores and Procurement specialist to manage material receipt, storage, and dispatch, while maintaining accurate SAP/ERP inventory records. You will perform stock verification, cycle counts, and ensure FIFO practices for smooth plant operations.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, float RFQs, and creating purchase orders in SAP/ERP, with emphasis on inventory control and procurement processes across manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP MM module is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage material receipt, storage, issue, and dispatch.

• Create and track Purchase Orders in SAP/ERP.
• Follow up with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Coordinate with vendors on material availability and delivery schedules.
• Support vendor evaluation and sourcing activities.

Preferred Profile

• Manufacturing industry experience.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and procurement processes.
• Hands‑on experience in SAP MM module is an added advantage.

Responsible for managing Stores operations and supporting Purchase activities to ensure smooth material availability for plant operations.

Look after the requirements of all Plants hence good communication, Manage the entire procurement lifecycle for assigned projects, including sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, contract management, and performance monitoring.
