Job summary

Voltas in Hyderabad seeks an after-sales service coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute service activities, including warranty and post-warranty services, PMS, and end-to-end coordination with service partners and OEMs.

You will manage spare parts, ensure customer satisfaction, and generate revenue through retrofit opportunities, requiring deep technical knowledge of cold room PUF panels and refrigeration systems, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• In depth knowledge of cold room PUF panels, Freon refrigeration systems, controls & Electrical Control Panel.
• Capability to handle technical queries from internal teams, customers, OEMs and Installation Partners.
• Customer oriented, cost conscious, time management, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute after-sales service activities.
• Handle after-sales service for customers, coordinating with service partners & OEMs.
• Schedule warranty and post-warranty services, preventive maintenance, end-to-end coordination.
• Spare parts management to ensure timely availability.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and explore retrofit revenue opportunities.
• Generate revenue through retrofit business initiatives.
