Job summary

Aster Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Service Manager with strong technical expertise in refrigeration and HVAC systems to lead service operations, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support.

You will manage the service team, ensure timely resolution of customer complaints, and maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction across commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC installations in Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems.
• Ability to diagnose faults and troubleshoot effectively.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical controls and system components.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service and after-sales operations for refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians and support staff.

We are looking for an experienced Service Manager with strong technical expertise in Refrigeration and HVAC systems to manage service operations, installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and after-sales support. The candidate will be responsible for leading the service team, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, and maintaining high service quality and customer satisfaction.

Role & responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day service and after-sales operations for commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.
• Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, refrigerant circuits, piping, electrical controls, and HVAC systems.
• Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong technical knowledge of Refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Hands-on experience in commercial refrigeration equipment and HVAC systems.
• Good understanding of refrigeration cycles, compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion devices, refrigerants, and refrigeration piping.
• Knowledge of electrical controls, control panels, sensors, thermostats, and HVAC automation.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
• Experience in installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance.
