You will troubleshoot queries via phone, email, and remote sessions, ensure high uptime, and coordinate bug reports with engineering while assisting in updates and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 1+ years experience supporting enterprise web/cloud-based software.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with SQL databases, APIs, and network protocols.
