Qualifications

• BE or MCA with first division in 10th, 12th and BE/MCA.
• 3+ years of experience in HIS software.
• Experience developing online access to patient test results.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot HIS software issues for all departments.
• Verify HIS software errors and report to IT.
• Manage HIS tasks: user creation and permission assignment.
• Develop the My Apollo website and make patient test results accessible online.
• Provide HIS training to department users and prepare user manuals.
• Back up and restore data from main database to My Apollo database.
• Handle calls from HIS users and provide solutions remotely or on site.
• Develop real-time reports related to HIS.

Responsibilities

• HIS software troubleshooting of all user problems from all departments HIS user.
• HIS software errors verification and Report to IT.
• HIS software management level task, user creation and Permission assigning.
• Developing My Apollo Web site. Making Patient Diagnostic Test Result available online.
• HIS Training to Department People and Preparing User manual of Module.
• Taking care of restoring data from main database server to My Apollo database
• Call receiving from all HIS user and giving solution on phone if it possible or personally going to handle the problem
• Developing the real time reports w.r.t HIS.
