Job summary

Magicrete Building Solutions Pvt. ltd. is seeking a Sr. Executive- Sales for the Chennai area to drive sales of AAC Blocks and related building materials across project and retail channels.

You will develop relationships with builders, contractors, architects, PMCs, dealers, distributors, and retailers, while identifying new project opportunities and ensuring timely deliveries and collections.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in building materials, AAC blocks, construction chemicals, or related construction product sales.
• MBA preferred for higher-tier roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of AAC Blocks, block adhesives, waterproofing solutions and related building materials across B2B and B2C channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with builders, contractors, architects, PMCs, dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Identify and track upcoming and ongoing construction projects to generate business opportunities and secure orders.
• Manage dealer and distributor networks, ensuring product availability, visibility, and market penetration.
• Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and technical discussions to promote product adoption and specifications.
• Support order generation, secondary sales, customer follow-ups, and timely execution of deliveries.
• Expand the retail network by onboarding new dealers and retailers within the assigned territory.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements, providing regular market feedback.
• Ensure achievement of sales targets, timely collections, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
