Job summary

Atul Paper in Delhi, India is seeking a seasoned Sales Operations Lead to drive sales operations excellence, implement standardized SOPs and workflows, and monitor field productivity, channel performance, and KPIs. You will support adoption of SFA, CRM, DMS, and sales automation tools while analyzing data to close performance gaps.

Join a cross-functional team to develop MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations, coordinating with sales, operations, and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 58 years of relevant experience in FMCG, distribution, sales operations, or business transformation.
• Strong understanding of GTM, RTM, and channel sales processes.
• Hands-on exposure to SFA, CRM, DMS, or similar sales technology platforms.
• Strong Excel, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or transformation initiatives.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
