Job summary

Motherhood Hospital (Rhea Healthcare) in Navi Mumbai seeks a dynamic sales professional to drive referral-based growth by building a strong doctor network and partnering with visiting consultants.

The role focuses on achieving budgeted sales from referrals, conducting daily calls, engaging in camps and CME programs, and expanding geographies through patient engagement and hospital programs. You will liaise between patients and doctors to ensure excellent service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospital/clinical sales or business development.
• Proven ability to drive referrals and build networks with doctors.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for budget achievement sales contribution from referral / Visiting Consultant doctors.
• Daily Sales Calls and improvement of business from referring doctors/ camps/ OPDs
• Building a strong doctor network for consistent referrals by identifying opportunities to collaborate and partner
• Ensure activation of the new geographies/periphery markets , by planning and executing Doctor/ patient engagement programs and camps
• Development work for expanding market share which includes medical camps, webinars, CME’s, Round Table Meetings.
• Consistently doing Patient engagement programs, like fertility screening camps.
• Liaison between patients, referring and visiting consultant doctors and IVF department for excellent service to the patient and the doctors.
• Promotion of the hospital services / inhouse consultants / programs through Corporate Sales team.
