Nexdigm seeks a Quality Assurance leader with 5–8 years in QA/QC and at least 2 years in a supervisory role. You will oversee QMS, lead audits, drive process improvements, and mentor junior staff.

5–8 years of progressive experience in quality assurance,
quality control, or related roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or
team lead capacity. Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining
quality management systems and leading audits.
Bachelor’s
degree in engineering, science, quality management, or a related field. Professional
certification in quality (such as ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, Six Sigma
Green Belt/Black Belt, and/or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is highly desirable.

Responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in administering the organization’s quality program. This role involves supervising quality teams, coordinating quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards, and acting as a liaison between quality and other departments. The Assistant/Deputy Manager also plays a key role in training, coaching, and developing junior quality staff, and may deputize for the Quality Manager as needed.
Oversee the
implementation and maintenance of the quality management system (QMS) within
assigned areas.
Lead and mentor quality
professionals and technicians, ensuring effective execution of quality
processes and procedures.
Plan, coordinate, and
participate in internal and external audits; ensure timely closure of audit
findings.
Analyze quality data,
identify trends, and prepare reports for management; recommend and implement
corrective actions.
Lead or participate in
continuous improvement projects, utilizing quality tools and methodologies to
drive process optimization internally.
Lead and contribute in client
facing assignments in role of Quality consultant.
Support Quality
digitalization initiatives in using AI as an enabler to improve effectiveness
of QMS.
Ensure compliance with
relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and maintain accurate quality documentation
and records.
Support quality
management and address customer quality issues, including complaint resolution
and root cause analysis.
Conduct or coordinate
training sessions for quality staff and promote quality awareness across the
organization.
