Job summary

Bptp Gurgaon is seeking an Assistant Manager Procurement to handle end-to-end procurement and contract management for facility management services across multiple sites.

You will lead strategic sourcing, negotiate with vendors for housekeeping, security, MEP, HVAC and consumables, and ensure compliant processes, timely supply, and cost savings. This role requires 3+ years in procurement, preferably FM, and hands-on ERP experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Engineering + MBA in Supply Chain / Operations (preferred).
• 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in FM, IFM, Real Estate, or Infrastructure industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with business and facility requirements.
• Source and manage vendors for housekeeping, security, MEP, HVAC, consumables, AMC, PPE, engineering spares, utilities, etc.
• Drive cost savings through competitive sourcing, benchmarking, negotiation, and value optimization.
• Evaluate, onboard, and monitor vendors through SLAs, performance reviews, audits, and compliance checks.
• Manage PRs, quotations, comparative statements, POs, inventory requirements, and timely replenishment.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage service agreements and rate contracts.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with internal controls, audit requirements, and statutory norms.
• Coordinate with Finance and site teams for budgeting, cost control, and savings tracking.
• Support site mobilization/demobilization by ensuring timely availability of services, materials, uniforms, machines, etc.
• Maintain procurement documentation and reports for audits and management review.

Job Summary:
