Job summary

Croma is seeking an experienced maintenance professional to manage electrical and HVAC upkeep for its retail cluster in Tamil Nadu. The role focuses on budgeting for R&M, AMC, and electricity, along with ensuring timely service calls and safety compliance across stores.

The ideal candidate has 5-9 years in Retail or related fields, with a Diploma/BE in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and strong vendor coordination skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain budgets for R&M & AMC and electricity for the cluster.
• Ensure timely completion of breakdown calls from stores as per safety standards.
• Carry out periodic preventive maintenance and maintain records as per IRL standards.
• Coordinate vendor quotes, BOQ validation and PR/PO creation; ensure timely invoices.
• Create weekly reports and perform analyses to drive corrective actions.
• Validate licences, safety, and compliance; conduct store inspections and audits.

Role & responsibilities

Preparing and maintaining the R&M & AMC budget for the cluster Preparing and maintaining the Electricity budget for the Cluster Ensuring the timely completion of all breakdown calls from the stores as per barcode helpdesk and IRL safety standards Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per schedule in the cluster with records as per IRL standards. Arranging for the quotes from vendors in a specific BOQ BOQ validation as per our RC rate for all R&M related works and process further for the PR/PO PR/PO creation and timely delivery of invoices after executed work at site Quality inspection and ensuring the proper specifications are used for the works specified as per approved material Creation of weekly reports with analysis to take corrective action Ensure timely delivery of the adhoc/refresh activities. Validation and close monitoring of all value engineering activity Validation of all the electricity, tracking the consumption, and submitting it to the finance team Validation of all kinds of R&M expenses and SRF-related invoice copies and submission to the finance team post SE and GRN Carry out lift, DG, safety, and fire inspections and documents. Timely AMC needs to be carried out. Validation of all licence dates and keeping records Preparing schedules for ME team members to carry out PM/Lux level/AC temp etc as per PJP and check list Verification of schedule adherence assign to ME and take necessary action of non-compliance Ensure to visit the store and do necessary observation & audit and recheck of work performed by ME Ensure timely delivery of the new store opening activities. Ensure timely delivery of the new store closure activities. Study the planogram and take the corrective action as per Cardon's location. Audit the excess materials and validate them properly for reuse post-refurbishment. Maintaining SOP, Smart and Process excellence Ensure timely completion of the Lex care audit and Safety compliance Analysing the team BSC and keeping the skill

Candidate who can speak in Tamil and hindi both with experience of 5-9 years in Retail,QSR, Facility Management,Hospitality industry as role of Electrical, HVAC maintenance of retail stores
