Job Summary

The role manages maintenance of stores. This individual will be responsible to deliver project related activities and coordinate with cross functional business teams for sourcing, maintenance, civil works in order to open new stores. The individual will be partnering with our vendors and suppliers in planning and executing the projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the team and reporting daily updates to central team, coordinating with cross functional teams within the organization and other business units.
• Coordinating with vendors & technicians on the requirements to maintain stores and monitor vendor & technician activities.
• Coordinating with vendors & technicians on complaints from the stores.
• Understand layout drawings of the stores and asset requirements for the store.
• Coordinate with the team to order assets & monitor asset installations.
• Deliver quality in asset management & maintenance works.
• Coordinate with vendors on timelines to maintain works within outlets.
• Validate assets and reuse of assets. Physically verify bills & measurements from vendors against work orders.

Position Specification / Qualifications

• Must have at least 8 to 10 years of experience for Manager and 5 to 7 years for Assistant Manager in retail projects.
• Preferably in maintenance of existing retail stores or opening new stores.
• Engineering degree would be an added advantage with expertise in civil or related fields.
