Job summary

Avineon India is seeking a Project Manager to lead engineering projects in Oil & Gas, Refinery, and Chemical sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and drive planning, scheduling, and execution across multiple engineering disciplines.

The role emphasizes strong coordination with Owner/Operator clients and adherence to contractual requirements, with a focus on delivering defined objectives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Experience managing engineering projects in Oil & Gas, Power, or Chemical sectors.
• Exposure to Owner/Operator organizations such as ADNOC, Saudi Aramco, or QatarEnergy.
• Strong ability to plan, schedule, monitor and control project activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Project Manager for assigned projects based on project requirements.
• Take overall responsibility for the successful planning and execution of assigned projects.
• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Plan, schedule, coordinate, monitor, and control project activities to achieve defined project objectives.
• Understand and ensure adherence to the scope of work, project specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare comprehensive project plans and schedules and use them as the basis for project monitoring and control.
• Manage the overall execution and progress of engineering projects.
• Coordinate with various engineering disciplines to ensure effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Facilitate interdisciplinary coordination during proposal preparation and project execution.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to address project requirements, priorities, and deliverables.
