Signode in India is seeking a Project Manager to independently manage assigned projects from kick-off to handover, coordinating with Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality and Site teams to ensure timely execution.

You will maintain schedules, build MIS dashboards, report progress to stakeholders, and drive risk mitigation. The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in PMO or project controls and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in Project Management, PMO or Project Controls.
• Exposure to industrial automation or EPC projects is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Position Summary

Manage assigned projects independently and contribute to the Project Management function through stakeholder coordination, progress monitoring, MIS reporting, providing clear visibility of project status, risks, and key actions to support timely decision-making

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned projects from project kick-off to handover to client while ensuring adherence to committed timelines.
• Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned projects and ensure effective communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Design, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Quality, and Site teams to drive timely project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, identify delays, and coordinate closure of critical actions
• Monitor project execution activities and escape risks impacting project timelines
• Prepare and circulate periodic project status reports to customers and internal stakeholders highlighting progress, risks, critical issues, and key milestones.
• Prepare and maintain MIS reports and project dashboards to provide management with accurate and timely insights on project performance.
• Consolidate project data across multiple projects and support the preparation of monthly project review reports for leadership and management reviews.
• Maintain project documentation, including action trackers, RAID logs, issue logs, change logs, and meeting minutes.
• Contribute to the development of project management processes and reporting systems to improve project monitoring and management decision-making.

Candidate Profile

• Hands-on experience in Project Management, PMO or Project Controls function
• Exposure to industrial automation, packaging automation, intralogistics, ASRS, material handling, or EPC projects preferred.

Qualification & Certification (if applicable)

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Mechatronics Experience
• 2-5 years of experience

• Good English proficiency
