Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager for offshore EPC/Marine projects in Mumbai. You will lead planning, execution, and delivery, coordinating across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, and Client teams to meet milestones.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks, providing regular status updates to senior management and clients while ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Marine / Offshore / Electrical or related).
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, execution, and successful delivery of offshore projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management activities.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Marine, QA/QC, HSE, and Client teams for smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project milestones and contractual requirements.
• Lead project review meetings and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations, company HSE policies, and industry standards.
• Manage subcontractors, vendors, and third-party service providers involved in project execution.
• Review and approve project plans, procedures, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation measures.
• Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues impacting project performance.
• Ensure timely completion of offshore installation, hook-up, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Marine / Offshore / Electrical or related discipline).
• PMP or equivalent Project Management certification preferred.

Experience

• 15-20 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Offshore EPC, Offshore Construction, or Marine Projects.
• Proven experience managing offshore platforms, subsea, pipelines, jackets, topsides, brownfield or greenfield projects.
• Experience in handling multidisciplinary project teams and client interactions.
