• Risk Management & Mitigation: Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies.
• Cost Control & Budgeting: Partner with finance to maintain budget, optimize costs.
• Reporting & Communication: Prepare status reports; dashboards for real-time monitoring; bridge site teams and leadership.

Role & responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop and manage comprehensive project schedules. Utilize advanced tools like Primavera and MS Project for resource allocation and schedule alignment.

2. Monitoring & Control: Oversee real-time tracking of project progress. Develop and manage KPIs to ensure performance alignment. Address bottlenecks with cross-functional collaboration.

3. Risk Management & Mitigation: Perform risk assessments and devise mitigation strategies. Proactively resolve delays and cost overruns with data-driven approaches.

4. Cost Control & Budgeting: Partner with finance and procurement to maintain budget control. Optimize costs while preserving project quality and timelines.

5. Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed project status reports for senior management. Create dashboards for real-time monitoring. Act as a bridge between site teams and senior leadership.

6. Process Improvement: Drive process standardization and optimization. Incorporate best practices in project management for improved efficiency.
