Job summary

Aelius Consultants Delhi is seeking an experienced Project Management Professional (PMP) to lead and deliver complex projects in the solar/renewable energy sector from Delhi. The role requires robust planning, coordination with vendors and clients, and strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in project management, PMP certification, and strong skills in MS Project and Excel, with excellent communication and team leadership

• PMP certification mandatory.
• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of project planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare schedules, timelines, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and site teams.
• Ensure delivery within budget, timeline, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress and prepare MIS/project status reports.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular project review meetings and provide updates to management.
• Ensure compliance with safety and statutory regulations.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and approvals.
• Handle client communication and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Support procurement and material planning activities for smooth execution.
• Ensure proper manpower utilization and productivity at project sites.
