Job summary

Keka Technologies Private Limited in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager with 3–7 years of experience to oversee project governance, reporting, and delivery across a renewable energy portfolio.

You will drive standardized processes, manage cross-functional coordination with engineering, procurement, construction, and finance, and ensure timely delivery and audit readiness across development to handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• 3–7 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, ideally in renewable energy, infrastructure, or power sectors.
• Familiarity with renewable project lifecycle: permitting to EPC execution to COD and handover.
• Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Portfolio Oversight: Monitor and track progress of solar, wind, hybrid, and energy storage projects across stages.
• Governance & Reporting: Establish project governance frameworks, prepare MIS/dashboards, and update senior management and external stakeholders.
• Process Standardization: Develop standardized tools, templates, and methodologies for consistent delivery.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and plan mitigations with project teams.
• Resource Coordination: Assist in cross-functional resource planning across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a central contact between execution teams, finance, legal, and business development.
• Budget Tracking: Track budgets, forecasts, and cost variances with finance and commercial teams.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure documentation standards and audit readiness across lifecycle.
