Job summary

Zetwerk in Bengaluru seeks an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end procurement of solar panels, inverters, MMS, cables, transformers, SCADA, BOS equipment, and civil/electrical works for solar EPC projects. You will float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, negotiate pricing and terms, finalize contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, or supply chain management.
• MBA or related PG qualification is a plus.
• Experience in Solar EPC procurement preferred.
• Exposure to both domestic and international sourcing beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement of Solar Panels, inverters, MMS, cables, transformers, SCADA, BOS equipment, and civil/electrical works.
• Float RFQs/RFPs, evaluate techno-commercial bids, and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and warranties.
• Finalize and administer contracts, purchase orders, and subcontract agreements.
• Develop and maintain a qualified vendor database and conduct vendor performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Planning, QA/QC, and Finance teams.
• Track procurement schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage contract risks, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and statutory requirements.
• Drive cost optimization and strategic sourcing.
• Prepare MIS and procurement reports.
