Job summary

Axis Max Life Insurance Limited in Gurugram is seeking an Executive / Asst. Manager – Policy Issuance to manage IT-driven policy issuance processes and resolve production IT issues. The role reports to the Chief Manager in the UW, Claims & Policy Issuance department.

Graduate or postgraduate candidates with 2–3 years in operations are preferred. Strong MS-Excel/Word skills, communication, and attention to detail are required for smooth collaboration with IT and field teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline.
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Operations.

Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Managing workflow system/policy login system & Handle production IT issues.
• Responsible for identification and resolution of IT issues.
• Ensuring systemic resolution of IT production outages.
• Identify and support new development areas to make customer journey smoother.
• Work with internal stakeholders including IT and Field ops for closure / RCA and resolution of IT stuck cases until issue is resolved.

JOB SUMMARY

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations Management: Managing workflow system/policy login system & Handle production IT issues.

Responsible for identification and resolution of IT issues.

• Ensuring systemic resolution of IT production outages.
• Identify and support new development areas to make customer journey smoother.
• Will need to work with internal stakeholders including IT, & Field ops for closure / RCA and resolution of IT stuck cases and their respective follow ups till issue get resolve permanently.

Measures of Success

• Adherence to timely mail response, Resolution of IT issues, testing and launch timelines
• Timely monitoring and closure of defects
• Timely & defect free delivery of new Tech requirements
• Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills with ability to handle business partner
• Multi-tasking capabilities with Eye for Detail.
• Knowledge of MS-Excel/ WORD
