Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Project Manager/Consultant to lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global clients. The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in project/ program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives and is comfortable working with multinational organisations and senior stakeholders.

You will manage projects across functions, define plans, governance and reporting, and work with global teams to drive alignment and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives.
• Exposure to business transformation, process transformation, technology implementation / digital transformation or operating model initiatives.
• Experience in transitions / large-scale change initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong experience working with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet,Monday.com.
