Job summary

Nexdigm is seeking a Project Manager / Consultant in Mumbai to lead complex transformation and transition engagements for global clients. You will guide programs across functions, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and drive outcomes with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of project/program management experience, exposure to business transformation, and PMP is preferred. This role requires effective communication and proven PMO capabilities.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of relevant experience in project / program management, transformation, transitions or technology-led initiatives.
• Exposure to business transformation, process transformation, technology implementation / digital transformation or operating model initiatives.
• Experience in transitions / large-scale change initiatives is highly desirable.
• Strong experience working with multinational / global organisations and senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and presentation skills.
• Hands-on experience with PM tools such as Asana, JIRA, MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com.
• Exposure to PMO, benefits / value realisation, process improvement and change management would be an advantage.
• Consulting experience is preferred but not mandatory – strong candidates from industry with relevant transformation / project experience are welcome.
• PMP certification is preferred.
