GoKwik is seeking an Assistant Performance Marketing Manager to own a set of SMB and D2C brands within a pod, translating client objectives into campaigns and actively managing Meta Ads spends.

This hands-on role offers high visibility and growth into leadership as you scale budgets and outcomes across multiple brands, with strong emphasis on CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a digital agency.
• Active hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads (currently managing live spends).
• Exposure to eCommerce and D2C funnels preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards, reporting and funnel metrics.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• Growth mindset with aspirations to take on larger budgets and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Run end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns: setup, optimization, reporting, and scaling
• Manage monthly spends across multiple brands with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and revenue impact
• Partner with clients to understand goals and translate them into actionable performance strategies
• Analyze data, optimize creatives and targeting, and scale what works
• Work closely with associates to ensure campaign hygiene and execution quality
• Share insights and performance updates with both clients and Marketing Leads
