Livspace is seeking a driven Performance Marketing professional to join the Growth & Performance Marketing team in Bangalore. The role centers on Meta Ads expertise, data analysis, and scalable performance optimization across multiple cities and categories.

You will own campaigns, budgets, and creative testing while collaborating with analytics and category teams to drive measurable CPL and lead quality improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing high-spend, multi-city, or multi-account campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across 30+ cities and multiple categories.
• Own campaign performance, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, and creative optimization.
• Identify performance gaps and diagnose issues across creative, audience, tracking, attribution, and bidding.
• Drive improvements in CPL, lead volume, and lead-to-conversion quality.
• Build and evaluate structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with Analytics, Creative, and Category teams to translate insights into action.
• Contribute to performance planning, forecasting, and budget allocation.
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes and evolving auction dynamics.

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Exposure to Google Ads, SQL, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills
