Livspace in Bengaluru is looking for a driven Performance Marketing professional to join the Growth & Performance Marketing team. The role focuses on Meta Ads and data-driven optimization to scale business outcomes.

You will plan and optimize campaigns across 30+ cities, own budgets and bidding, diagnose performance gaps, run structured A/B tests, and collaborate with Analytics, Creative, and Category teams to translate insights into action.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager.
• Proficient in analyzing funnel data and metrics.
• Experience with attribution tracking and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for someone with strong expertise in Meta Ads who enjoys working with data, solving performance challenges, and driving measurable business outcomes at scale.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across 30+ cities and multiple categories
• Own campaign performance, budgets, bidding, audiences, placements, and creative optimization
• Identify performance gaps and diagnose issues across creative, audience, tracking, attribution, and bidding
• Drive improvements in CPL, lead volume, and lead-to-conversion quality
• Build and evaluate structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and campaign structures
• Work closely with Analytics, Creative, and Category teams to translate insights into action
• Contribute to performance planning, forecasting, and budget allocation
• Stay updated on Meta platform changes and evolving auction dynamics

What we’re looking for:

• 3–6 years of hands-on Performance Marketing experience
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent understanding of performance metrics and funnel data
• Experience with CAPI, attribution, and conversion tracking
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Exposure to Google Ads, SQL, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus
• Strong communication, ownership, and execution skills
