Job summary

Maa Kudargarhi Group is seeking a Performance Management Specialist to oversee the end-to-end PMS cycle and ensure goals align with business objectives. You will facilitate reviews and calibration meetings, generate analytics, and drive automation across the PMS processes.

The role requires coordinating with HRBPs, department heads, and leadership teams to deliver scalable improvements and reliable reporting. This position is based in Raipur, India and is office-based.
