Job summary

NIIT Foundation is seeking a Partnerships Manager to build and strengthen collaborations with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations. You will drive MOUs, lead stakeholder engagement, and expand program outreach to underserved communities in India.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in partnerships or development, strong negotiation and communication skills, and willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.
• Prior experience working with educational institutions, universities, skilling organizations, or CSR initiatives will be highly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in building strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating MOUs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations to expand program outreach.
• Achieve quarterly targets related to institutional tie-ups, collaborations, and lead generation.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing partner institutions to ensure smooth implementation and long-term engagement.
• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end process of signing MOUs with partner institutions.
• Identify and implement innovative ideas and strategies to enhance project outcomes, institutional engagement, and program success.

Job Description

Requirements

• Strongorganizational, negotiation, and relationship management skillswith the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
• Proficiency inMS Office, presentations, and documentationfor partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.
• Adaptable, proactive, and innovative mindset, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
