Job summary

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. is seeking a quality engineering professional to oversee paint process quality planning and execution, including new model launches and color changes.

The role involves coordinating with suppliers, body shop, and TCFS for quality enhancements and audits. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background with 3–5 years of general experience in automotive quality, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and leadership.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech in Mechanical engineering with 3–5 years experience.
• Experience in automotive paint/process quality and quality improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality planning and execution for paint shop processes and new model/color launches.
• Review daily quality data, identify rework/rejections, and drive corrective actions.
• Interact with body shop, TCF, and PVT for paint shop quality coordination.
• Facilitate internal and external quality audits.
• Lead quality-related improvements and mentor team members.

• Co-ordinate withmaterial suppliers on quality issues , quality upgradation.
• Ensure product quality parameters , goals are achieved as per plan.
