Job summary

Haier Appliances in Pune is seeking an Inventory MIS Analyst to drive DIO calculations, gap analyses, and manage Operations data reporting, including SAP stock monitoring for RM and FG.

The role requires delivering weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual performance analyses, KPI tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration with Divisions WH, CR, WM, TV, and SOI.

Ideal candidates have strong MIS and Advanced Excel skills and a good grasp of gross margin and material margin concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience in MIS and advanced Excel.

• Knowledge of inventory management processes.

Responsibilities

• DIO calculation and gap analysis.
• Operations data and report management.
• Inventory ageing 90+, 180+, 365+ days.
• RM inventory segment and commodity liquidation summary.
• Commitment vs actual inventory projection monitoring.
• SAP-based RM and FG stock monitoring.
• Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance analyses for all BU.
• KPI monitoring and improvement scope for WM, CR, WH, TV.
• Weekly inventory meeting and MOM tracking.
• Cross-functional collaboration to implement business plans across Divisions WH, CR, WM, TV & SOI.
• Prepare and deliver consolidated management reports with accuracy.
• Understand financial statements: gross margin and material margin.

• KPI monitoring: Target setting, Evaluation & Analysis on Improvement scope WM (66), CR (112), WH (43) & TV (40).
• Weekly Inventory Meeting & MOM Tracking.
• Business Plan Implementation & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Div.- WH, CR, WM, TV & SOI.
• Management Reporting prepare and deliver timely, consolidated data reports to management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
• Knowledge of Financial statement.

Understanding of Gross Margin & Material Margin.
