Job summary

SNITCH is seeking an Assistant Manager for Inventory and Inward in Gurgaon-Tauru. The role involves managing all aspects of inventory management, ensuring accurate processing of inbound activities, and overseeing stock checks. Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience and a strong analytical background, with an MBA preferred. Responsibilities also include reporting to leadership and maintaining inventory accuracy in ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Graduate with strong analytical skills, MBA preferred.
• 6-8 years of experience in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Managing inbound activity and team distribution for timely and accurate GRN.
• Ensure PUTAWAY in the warehouse with 100% accuracy.
• Conduct inventory reconciliations and MIS.
• Control of Fulfilment Center and timely cycle counts.
• Perform regular stock checks and ensure inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS.
• Location wise asset ownership with periodic verification.
• Prepare management reports/presentations for leadership.

Managing end to end Inventory Management function for WH and ensuring the profitable operation.

Job Description

1. 1. Managing inbound activity by distributing work among the team to ensure all GRN done in the system timely and accurately.
2. 2. To ensure the PUTAWAY done in the warehouse with 100% accuracy
3. 3. Inventory Reconciliations and MIS
4. 4. Overall control of Fulfilment Center, Doing timely cycle count and to ensure zero variance.
5. 5. Ensuring stock checks (weekly & monthly), Ensure inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS as per physical available ,doing regular cycle counts.
6. 7. Location wise asset ownership – recording, reconciliation, Periodic verification.
7. 8. Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports/presentations to provide information to leadership.
