Job summary

MAIA Estates in Bengaluru (Ulsoor Road) seeks a capable site supervisor for interiors of large residential projects. You will review MEP drawings, monitor progress, ensure contractor compliance with guidelines, inspect quality, and report daily progress. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience in interiors, hands-on approach, and ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field.
• 4+ years of work experience.
• Must have worked on interiors of residential high-rise projects or large villas.

Responsibilities

• Review and study all MEP Drawings.
• Monitor construction progress.
• Ensure contractors are executing work on site as per the agreed guidelines.
• Inspect construction quality.
• Conduct appropriate tests to check on the integrity of work done.
• Update Daily progress reports and create MIS.
• Monitor contractors follow safety protocols as per site and contract.
• Follow and implement MAIA’s construction SOPs.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Communicate ongoing with internal stakeholders such as Site Engineers, Employees, Management.
