Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Review and study all MEP Drawings
• Monitor construction progress
• Ensure contractors are executing work on site as per the agreed guidelines.
• Inspect construction quality.
• Conduct appropriate tests to check on the integrity of work done.
• Update Daily progress reports and create MIS.
• Monitor all contractors are following stringent safety protocols as per the site and their contract.
• Follow and implement all of MAIA’s constructions SOPs
• Maintain key relationships with external vendors and consultants
• Communicate ongoings with internal stakeholders such as Site Engineers, Employees, Management

Minimum Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field
• 2+ years of work experience
• Must have worked on interiors of residential high-rise projects or large villas
