Responsibilities

• Review and study all MEP drawings.
• Monitor construction progress.
• Ensure contractors execute work on site according to the agreed guidelines.
• Inspect construction quality.
• Conduct appropriate tests to check the integrity of work done.
• Update daily progress reports and create MIS.
• Ensure all contractors follow stringent safety protocols.
• Follow and implement all of MAIA’s construction SOPs.
• Maintain key relationships with external vendors and consultants.
• Communicate ongoing developments with internal stakeholders such as site engineers, employees, and management.
