Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in MEP execution for large real estate projects.
• Proven experience in managing multiple high-rise construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, ELV, STP/WTP, DG and utility services.
• Experience in contractor management, project planning, budgeting and quality control.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MEP execution for assigned projects.
• Plan, monitor, and control MEP services including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV and utilities.
• Coordinate with Civil, Architecture, Design, Procurement, QS, Contracts, and Project teams.
• Review MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and shop drawings.
• Ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, safety protocols and statutory requirements.
• Monitor contractor performance, productivity, and resource planning.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions during execution.
• Drive value engineering and cost optimization initiatives.
• Monitor budgets, material planning, and project progress.
• Ensure testing, commissioning, snag closure, and handover activities.
• Liaise with consultants, vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Mentor and lead site MEP teams while driving operational excellence.

Candidate Profile

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, Electrical Systems, ELV, STP/WTP, DG, and Utility services.
• Experience in contractor management, project planning, budgeting, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
