Job summary

JMS Group in Gurugram, India seeks an Assistant Manager – Marketing to plan and run campaigns that reach buyers and investors. You will manage launches, digital and print campaigns, events and the brand's look, working with sales and our agencies.

You will coordinate ATL/BTL and digital campaigns end to end, review brochures and ads, organise site events, track ROI, and support the sales team with presentations and collateral.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in marketing, ideally in real estate or a consumer brand.
• Experience running ATL, BTL and digital campaigns end to end.
• Good eye for design and strong written English.
• Working knowledge of Meta and Google Ads and lead-management tools.
• Budget planning and vendor management.
• Ability to handle several projects and deadlines at once.
