• Strong knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel for pricing and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Handle sea freight pricing for FCL, LCL and special cargo.
• Obtain competitive rates from carriers and agents.
• Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers.
• Negotiate freight rates with carriers.
• Coordinate with overseas agents for export pricing.
• Maintain carrier tariffs and rate sheets.
• Monitor market freight trends and carrier updates.
• Ensure timely response to spot enquiries.
• Coordinate with Operations for shipment execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and vendors.
