Job summary

Larsen & Toubro's SECG - Electronics Delivery team seeks an Assistant Manager/Manager to plan, monitor and realize electronics sub-systems across projects. You will prepare project plans, track progress and manage customer communications, with hands-on use of MS Project and ERP-LN.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, identify risks, estimate costs for prospective orders and lead periodic reviews, with travel to customer sites as required and multi-project oversight as a manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning, monitoring and realization of electronics sub-systems across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project plans and monitor progress on Concerto; arrange periodic review meetings.
• Monitor and control project cash flows.

As a part of the SECG - Electronics Delivery team, you will be responsible for planning, monitoring and realization of electronics sub-systems of multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparing project plans and monitoring progress on Concerto. Arranging periodic review meetings.
• Monitoring and controlling project cash flows.
• Identifying risks and taking necessary actions for their mitigation.
• Communication and coordination with customer for project related activities.
• Coordination with cross functional team to ensure progress as per plan and conflict resolution.
• Cost Estimation for prospect orders.
• Preparing and releasing periodic status updates.

The role would involve travel to customer location/ sites based on requirement. Hands-on of MS Project and ERP-LN would be an added advantage. As a Manager, you would additionally be handling multiple projects and team management responsibility.
