The ideal candidate should have a B.E./B.Tech and a Master's in Business Administration or Project Management with over 4 years of hands-on experience in managing large projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparing high-level project timeline
• Working closely with regional teams to create and review effort estimates for services
• Planning phase: create project Confluence page; coordinate internal kickoff meetings with HQ teams; publish detailed project schedule
• Support regional PM in creating and updating detailed project plan
• Publish project charter, team escalation matrix, and RACI matrix
• Create epic tickets in JIRA and update delivery status
• Track and publish man‑hours using Clockify
• Assist regional team in resource planning and coordinate resource requirements from HQ
• Attend weekly review meetings and update Confluence with notes and action items
• Follow up on hardware manufacturing and logistics; coordinate with supply chain and logistics for timely delivery
• Monitor hardware deliverables, identify gaps, create JIRA tickets for additional material requirements, and coordinate with CSC & Logistics for delivery
• Work with product manager to ensure promised features are developed in RC cycle; update key stakeholders
• Provide timely updates to regional teams on any delays or discrepancies in software delivery; follow up with R&D/Product teams
• Assist regional teams with payment receipt and invoicing status
• Update FOC materials tracking and budget monitoring sheets
• Coordinate with product team to hand over build to verification and validation teams for testing
• Monitor testing progress and report delays or issues; create, track and Escalate bugs via JIRA
• Support regional PM in I&C resource allocation and travel planning
• Create deployment tickets in JIRA and coordinate & ensure successful deployment based on server readiness from customer side
• Coordinate with regional teams, customer and HQ teams for integration testing
• Set up and lead war room if required per RPM request
• Track UAT test plan and publish/update KPI monitoring and ramp‑up plan
• Coordinate with RPM to close NPD tickets and hand over project to client services

Qualifications
